His passion was personal; having experienced hair and scalp damage in his youth, Sam understood the emotional impact of hair loss. Once he built a name for himself in the industry, he knew his journey — overcoming his own challenges and achieving his aesthetic goals — would inspire others to seek his professional help.
Driven by determination, Sam turned his goal into reality, becoming the CEO and Managing Director of one of the most recognised and respected names in the industry — Este Medical Group.

From London to Leeds, Sam expanded Este Medical clinics across the UK, including locations in Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester, and Birmingham. The Este brand also grew internationally, with clinics in New York, Bangladesh, Kenya, Albania, Istanbul, and Dubai.
From the start of his business career, Sam was committed to making advanced skincare, cosmetic treatments, and hair restoration accessible to all.
